By completing a purchase with Cardboard Vault, whether online, in store, or through third-party platforms, you agree to this policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Shipping Policy.

Cardboard Vault offers the following purchase options:

Event tickets and entry fees
All purchases are subject to availability and confirmation of payment.
Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed

A confirmation email or platform notification will be issued where applicable

Cardboard Vault reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to stock availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud
Cancellation Policy – Standard Orders
Before Dispatch
If your order has not yet been processed or dispatched, you may request a cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests are not guaranteed once processing has begun

Approved cancellations may be refunded or issued as store credit at our discretion

Transaction or platform fees may be deducted where applicable
After Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched:

It cannot be cancelled

Returns are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation Policy – Rip & Ship Purchases
For rip & ship purchases (via Whatnot, eBay, or direct):

Orders cannot be cancelled once the break has commenced

Once products are opened live, the purchase is final

Cancellation requests after participation will not be accepted
Any shipping holds or bulk shipping requests must be arranged prior to participation.
Cancellation Policy – Pre-Orders

Pre-orders require full payment unless stated otherwise

Pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable

Release dates are estimates and subject to supplier delays

Allocation quantities may change due to supplier adjustments
If a pre-ordered product is cancelled by the supplier, Cardboard Vault will issue a refund or store credit.
Cancellation Policy – Events & Bookings

Event tickets and entry fees are non-refundable

Cancellations by attendees are not eligible for refunds or credits

If an event is cancelled by Cardboard Vault, customers will receive a refund or store credit
Change of Mind
Cardboard Vault does not accept cancellations or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, including but not limited to:

Incorrect selections

Pull outcomes

Market value changes

Personal preference
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are entitled to remedies for products with major faults or where goods are not as described, as outlined in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Platform-Specific Purchases
Purchases made through third-party platforms (including Whatnot and eBay) are also subject to:

Refusal of Cancellations
Cardboard Vault reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests where:

The request is abusive or fraudulent
