📦 SHIPPING POLICY

Cardboard Vault

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Pre-orders will be dispatched once stock is received. Estimated release dates are provided as a guide only and may be subject to supplier delays.

Shipping Locations

Cardboard Vault ships:

  • Australia-wide

  • International shipping may be offered on select items (where applicable)

Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout.

Shipping Methods & Tracking

  • All orders are shipped with tracked services

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched

  • Signature on delivery may be required for high-value orders

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Parcel size and weight

  • Shipping method selected

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk & Delivery

In accordance with Australian Consumer Law:

  • Risk passes to the customer once the order is handed to the carrier

  • Cardboard Vault is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events outside our control

If an item is lost or damaged in transit, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery or the expected delivery date so we can assist with a carrier investigation.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • Cardboard Vault is not liable for parcels confirmed as delivered by the carrier

  • Claims for lost or damaged items may require supporting documentation and photos

  • Optional shipping insurance may be offered for high-value items

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are correct at checkout.

Cardboard Vault is not responsible for:

  • Delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete address details

  • Returned parcels due to address errors

Re-shipping fees may apply.

In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

  • In-store pickup may be offered where available

  • Orders must be collected within the timeframe advised

  • Valid identification may be required at collection
